25 Random things about me!

1. I can't stand Fedor and hearing about jui-jitsu. (sorry Brent no Brazil training camp for you)
2. miss not having more time alone with my husband.
3. hate having scary dreams and then not being able to go back to sleep.
4. Love my husband and sons more than life its self but can't stand it that my bathrooms always smell like an out house!
5. can't wait to go back to school, and think I want to study photo journalism!
6. loves to shop and find great deals! (that's how I make my husband money!)
7.can't wait for spring...I want to plant a garden..oh wait I can't I am renting.:(
8. is excited to have my own home one day ...so I can plant a garden and paint the walls!
9. is looking forward to having two vehicles.
10. thinks abortion is evil.
11. wants everyone to have a job and a warm place to live and enough to eat.
12. wants to make an inspiration board for myself!
13. wish I knew how to sew better. I would love to make clothes for my kids.
14. loves going to the Temple!
15. misses her family, and wishes she lived closer.
16. am a terrible Mom, because I am ignoring my kids right now to do this!
17. wish my stomach looked like it did before I had kids!
18. has to hide chocolate from her husband.

20. is excited her almost two year old wants to be potty trained!
21. needs her kids to sleep in their own beds!
22. have a fetish for shoes...seriously I have like 30+ pairs.
23. want to get my pilots license someday.
24. can't leave the house without putting on body spray or perfume -I love them!
25. look forward to Friday night family movie night every week! (love family time together)

Congratulations Brent!

Ok, so I need to brag on my husband for a moment! I am proud of him and his teaching skills, desire and ability to reach out and touch the lives of his students. Brent will be receiving a teaching award from the UNL Parents Association. Its a "Certificate of Recognition for Contributions to Students." His students nominated him to receive this award! To me it validates that he is in the right profession and will continue to inspire and have a profound influence in the lives of his students!

Christmas Fun!

Christmas Eve Lisa had put together a really special program. We read some stories, and Luke 2, Emma & Isaac play Mary and Joseph, we had a fun "Left/Right story gift exchange...Then we each got to open a gift of new PJ's to wear to be that night! A very memorable Christmas!

We had so much fun with The St. Louis Yergensens! Our kids were totally spoiled by there cousins. We swam, played games, watched movies, went to the zoo, and had lot's of quality time together!! Thanks Russ & Lisa!
